On Tuesday night, the VB Summer Fair rolled into town. We threw an all-out carnival, transforming London’s iconic Serpentine Gallery into a fairground complete with fish and chips, a roving brass band and classic carnival games. Partygoers brought their A-game in more way than one, looking smashing in our new Prefall collection.

the Veronicas
The co-designers-turned-co-hosts chose tailored summer sets for the bash. VMB opted for our Bentley Jacket and Roman Miniskirt—the Nantucket red skirt-suit is cut from a luxury tweed and constructed in a Sixties suiting shape. The crisp Barnette Striped Button-down, layered underneath, and metallic Fletcher heel punches up the look.
VSB wore our Ferazia Jacket and Keita Short—a masterclass in effortless polish. We love the interplay of relaxed and refined that comes with denim tailoring. Plus, these pieces are endlessly versatile as separates—an elevated take on the classic jean jacket and jean short.

Ramla Ali
Ramala Ali did a modern take on prep for the event, tucking our Soza Polo into a pair of olive-toned Crosbie Wide-Leg Pants. She finished off the look with our gold Ganita Sandals, their eye-catching sheen peaking out from under the leg of the Crosbie.
The Crosbie is one of our bestselling silhouettes, for good reason. It's engineered to flatter with body-transforming tailoring: fitted through the hips and thigh, with a thoughtfully streamlined wide-leg with a subtle flare to make the thighs appear more slender. It's high-waist elongates the body, and when paired with the vertical lines of the Soza, the long-and-lean effect is multiplied.
Leonie Hanne & Amy Jackson
Subdued is the new sexy. We love the less-is-more approach Leonie and Amy took with their looks, with Leonie in our Brompton Dress and Amy in the languid Kura Dress. The Kura is the is the ultimate in look-great-feel-great eveningwear. It's body-skimming column silhouette is forgiving and beyond comfortable. Plus, with a silky hand-feel (it's made from a crepe-back satin), it feels great on the skin. The Brompton is a LBD with all the ease of a t-shirt. It's cut from a super-soft modal and with removable shoulder pads, it gives you a sculptural, hourglass shape.
Lean into the minimalist vibe of these looks with a sleek hair-up beauty look. Finish it off with simple earrings and strappy sandals. (Our Darcelle Heels offer both round-the-clock comfort and any-event-imaginable versatility.)
Claire Rose Cliteur
The Barnette Striped Buttondown is one of those magic pieces you throw on and instantly feel put-together. Tailored in a crisp poplin with a bit of stretch, it fits the body perfectly. Plus, it’s vertical striping has a slimming effect. We love how Claire tucked it into her Crosbie Pants for some waist definition and rolled the sleeves for a casual, tomboy-chic feel. Our ultra-popular Crosbie, have been newly updated in this olive green hue, crafted from a stretch cotton-twill—a summer-perfect, lightweight fabric.
Play up the tomboy vibe with a pair of chic sunnies that you can pop on your head, giving a subtle sporty feel to the look. Finish it off with some leg-lengthening platforms—like our Dali's in same olive hue as the ready-to-wear.
Poppy Delevigne
Suiting is just cooler when it has a sense of ease. To wit: the powder pink Tomi Jacket and Edia Pant Poppy wore at last night's get-together. This suit is cut from a fluid luxury crepe, giving a relaxed feel to the tailoring. The jacket's longer, boyfriend length furthers the languid, pajama-dressing undertone.
Take a page from Poppy's book and keep the accessories simple. Just some heels that tie back to the jacket's silver hardware. Our Fletcher (a VMB fav) features both silver and gold straps, giving you works-with-everything versatility.
Naomi Ackie
We love the fresh simplicity of Naomi's look—it feels totally modern in that it's both elevated and coolly nonchalant. She paired our Bennett Twill-Linen Vest with our Haizley Wide-Leg Jean. Anchored by the wide-leg, Naomi opted for a vest—it's boxy shape and compact proportions perfectly balancing out the denim.
This is also a look that can easily do double-time; go from day-to-night by throwing on some chunky jewelry and our ultra-femme Dali. (The feedback from a recent reviewer says it all: "My favorite shoe of all time!")
Louise Roe
The white suit is an icon, equally bold and effortless. Louise Roe wore our new favorite version to last night's bash, selecting our Parineti Metallic-Linen Dickey Jacket and Zelly Metallic-Linen Pant for the occasion. Crafted in a luxury Italian linen with a subtle gold sheen, the suit's understated shimmer takes it into occasionwear, while it's casual tailoring and daywear fabrication gives it endless optionality. Complete the look with our gold-toned Ganita Sandals.
Mariko Kuo
A peplum is a fashion no-brainer: feminine, flirty and gives great waist definition. The problem is finding one that feels grown up and sophisticated. Enter the Drey—a thoughtfully tailored, elevated take on the classic top with a discreet peplum, preppy stripes and an ultra-chic twist neckline.
